Baby, It's Cold Outside

Taking winter photography can be a challenge, especially in this moody Wisconsin weather. I have a senior photo shoot this weekend and I have been talking with my client on some helpful tips on how to stay warm, comfortable, yet cute during a chilly photography session!

Here are some helpful tips:
  • Try wearing leggings or tights under your jeans or dresses for an added layer of warmth.
  • Add a pop of color in a scarf to keep your neck warm.
  • Beanies and flannels are luckily trending this season! Not only are they comfortable and attractive on everyone but warm and cozy.
  • Above all just be comfortable! If you aren't comfortable it will show in your pictures, it will always look better if you are confident in what you're wearing.
Contact me and schedule a unique and fun winter photography shoot! Perfect for couples, senior pictures, or family shoots.

  1. I thoughts the tips were useful. The picture above is super cool. You took that picture yourself didn't you?

  2. Great job Emily! Love the photo. Is that Jacob Bauer?

My only thought is maybe checking the font. It just seems kind of boring for you.
